The best way to find out if BNI is a good fit for you and your business is to visit a chapter. Visitors may attend chapter meetings as a visitor only twice. On your second visit you will be asked if you have made a decision about joining. Since each chapter allow only one member per specialty profession, visitors may NOT promote their business in a chapter where their business category is already represented. It is not necessary to have an invitation to visit a chapter, however, knowing that you are coming will ensure the best experience possible.
Existing Chapters - Existing chapters are chartered chapters that have certified leadership teams, certified support teams and are always welcoming new visitors in professions that are not already represented in the by a current member. Visiting one of these chapters is as easy as searching our Chapter Directory. Chapters Forming - If your profession is in high demand and none of our chartered chapters currently have an opening, or if you just want to be part of the foundation and something new, you came to the right place. Our forming chapters are comprised of highly motivated, self starting professionals just like you that a member of our team works and meets with weekly to build build a strong foundation prior to chartering. Joining a Chapter. An individual may be a member of one chapter only. Membership applications are available at the chapter meeting, and members of the chapter will assist with their completion. The investment to join BNI consists of a registration fee and annual membership dues. Depending on their meeting location, some chapters may also charge an additional weekly/monthly fee to cover for the space in which their meeting takes place to cover the cost of coffee, food, etc.
